    37 days without P, and more than a day without MO (I'm just getting started, I'll go much father than that I promise).

    I wish that all may be able to fulfill their goals, while bettering their lives.     HI everyone, today I realized that I have a problem: with Porn but especially Masturbation. It's become a reflex, a bad habit and a purely physical need, sometimes I don't want to do it but I still do it just because.
    For now, I've been able to abstain for more than 2 days from MO, and more than 38 days without P.
    But I need to recognize that I have this problem in order to be able to fix it.
    Thank you all and let's unite to fight these problems together.
