@The Winner if it’s ok, I might take a short break from the countdown. I feel like the days are passing too quickly, with me getting caught up in how many days I have completed. I’ll still do nofap, but I want to stay present in the day. Thanks for all the help and support you’ve given me!

You still did a pretty good job on this streak, there is no reason to be ashamed. I understand relapses feel bad but they are also a part of the journey it's important you learn from it and move on.

You are one of the most active and strongest participants of the challenge. I hope to see you back soon, Take care! ;)

I did a general UPDATE to the main page to make the challenge more clear, interesting and motivating to you guys, I appreciate everyone of you for battling this bad addiction and also for being here fighting alongside me in the challenge.

I see where this confidence comes from, you are on a 216 Days streak which is a place not easy to be at, only the true warriors can accomplish.

I just think about a friend I have, he is a pornography addict, and I imagine his face while looking at pornography, it is enough to kill any sexual thought for the rest of the day.

It does gets easier, you forget about the counter and live your like normaly.

Interesting, could you send me a picture of him sounds like he is very effective to prevent relapses..lol:D
