Hello people, this being my first post and not really knowing what I'm doing I'm just going to try my best and learn as I go. I'd like to congratulate everybody who's taking control in their lives. I know this is what I want, and I know this is going to be hard. One thing is for certain I'm excited to reap the rewards of my own self control. I don't even know what going for 100 days without succumbing to urges feels like but I'm excited challenge myself!!
