    You said she agreed to go on a date. But I'm not sure if .. well you really didn't say the intentions of it. She still might be thinking friends.

    This is how you know, when your on the date you gotta get close to her then go for the kiss. If they kiss you, they like you. If they move away and you kiss the wall light socket they don't. Its really simple, but you gotta have the confidence to do it and face rejection. Also she says uh uh no were just friends, or I'm not looking for a relationship. She see you as just a friend buddy.
