***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

1. I'm grateful that the views just seem to be going up and up. This month is full of abundance
2. I'm grateful that my weight has started going up on the scale again after some stalling and calorie adjustment.

1. I'm grateful for petrol pump space. As I arrived in the pump station, the car moved off and didn't have to wait for long.
2. I'm grateful for the trolly. After filling my car with petrol (gas), I went to the supermarket and gratefully there was a trolly where I parked since I didn't have any bags.
3. I'm grateful for my sister buying me a punching bag. She surprised me.

 

1. grateful for the opportunity with like-minded folks and a supportive community like nofap and others like it.
2. grateful for my new job, which gives me the opportunity to organize workshops and events on things i really care about (theories and practices of embodiment, dance, and performance).
3. grateful to have been given the opportunity to live and be a human in this world, which for me is a schooling in how to love oneself and other beings. (fundamentally, that is what i wish to learn the most.)

1. I'm grateful that the Dollar seems to be rising against European currencies. I get paid in the Dollar but live in Poland where I spend Zloty. A few weeks ago I was getting 3.80 of my currency per dollar, now I'm getting 4.17 per dollar. This gave me a tiny little unexpected bump on last month's earnings that I received today too - I thought the earnings had already been calculated but I forgot that they don't get currency converted until the day I'm paid.
2. I'm grateful for reaching over 1 million minutes watch time on my channel in the last 28 days. People have spent over 1,023,545 minutes watching my videos in the last 28 days. That's 17059~ hours, or ~710 days, or ~23 months, or almost 2 years of time spent watching my videos in 28 days. That's crazy. It's the exact reason why I feel being a content creator is so damn powerful though. For hours/days of my time, I can create YEARS of watch time for other people.
3. I'm grateful for a great workout today despite being about an hour short of an ideal night's sleep.
