***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Today,
I am grateful for the practice of mindfulness I did in the morning. I had some precious moments of appreciation and peace.
I am grateful for Spotify as well. I was just introduced to it not long ago, but boy does it rock.
I am grateful for my family and my ancestors. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude today made me realize that I am just the continuation of them.

  1. I am grateful for this great converstion I had with an amazing friend last night. It was eye opening. It help me understand many aspects of myself I was not paying atention to and I see them more clear now;
  2. I am grateful that I am more present with my emtions. They are talking to me more in a louder voice and letting me in. They are letting me in and showing what they want and need. Now I love being unconditionally present with them even though sometimes I miss their clues. But I am getting better at it and I want to be uncondtionally present for them;
  3. I am grateful for this physical experience and for being part of expantion.
 
I am grateful for realising what is the thing I DESIRE most in life and how to achieve it.
I am grateful for having a chance to go outside and analise other people behavior.
I am grateful for screaming with my mother, telling her to stop saying that I'll kill myself because I will always believe in myself and my life.
 
I am grateful for deciding to stop piracing stuff.
I am grateful for having common sense to help me decide what I should download from youtube and what I should get somewhere else.
I am grateful for becoming a better person everyday that passes.
