I'm grateful for the helpful efficiency IT support people I go to fairly regularly with issues. They always sort it quickly and politely.

I'm grateful that I'm seeing the fruits of meditation play out in my daily life, especially reducing ill will and irritations generally. Still some way to go though

I'm grateful for seeing my friend improve her state of mind though meditation. She got a big hug from me last night.

I'm grateful for the wonders of the natural world...have you seen metamorphosis at work in the animal kingdom? Where every single living cell is rearranged and a new form of being emerges with a totally new life strategy.

I'm grateful for the waves that break on the beach and the rainbow sunlight that catches the fine spray in the air...no single wave and sparkle of sunlight is ever the same...each one totally unique in space and time.

I'm grateful for my mom for being wonderful. She taught me to follow my dreams and that I can accomplish anything I set my mind too...and that is the greatest gift any parent can give a child.
