1) I'm grateful for a good meditation.
2) I'm grateful for internet and being able to find a lot of interesting things.
3) I'm grateful for the book the Slight Edge.

 

I'm grateful to lived to see the year 2015 (+ 2016 so far)
I'm grateful for new things everyday and old things in a new light
I'm grateful for my family and my girlfriend
I'm grateful for time I can spend alone
I'm grateful that I can study and for my teachers and fellow students
I'm grateful to be given the chance to fight my procrastination and for the people that share their knowledge about it with me
I'm grateful for sweets, movies and other things I enjoyed

 

1. I'm grateful for the OpenOffice suite
2. I'm grateful for my Kindle
3. I'm grateful for the ability to finish what I have started

 

-I am grateful for indoor plumbing for I could not imagine going outside to the bathroom in freezing temperature.
-I am grateful for electricity that allows me to charge all my gadgets that I am addicted to.
-I am grateful for the supermarket which allows me to buy a whole chicken prepared to eat in a few minutes vs. going and hunting one, then skinning it, etc.

 

1) I'm grateful for installing a K9 web protector.
2) I'm grateful for making steps in the right direction, i know porn is wrong and it shouldn't be used. (baby steps)
3) I'm grateful for my classical music which makes my mind more silent.

 

-I am grateful for floss/toothbrush that will help me to enjoy delicious food into my old age (God willing)
-I am grateful for cologne/perfume which provides a good smell to those around me even though I can't smell it anymore
-I am grateful for soap that allows me to clean my body so my family does not run away from me

 

1. I'm grateful for my friend who supports me in more ways than she realizes
2. I'm grateful for my ability to cook when I am hungry
3. I'm grateful for the car rental service

 

Well....sorry I couldn't post for the last 4 days for I gave myself an offline challenge....n I won't make a list of twelve for I always do this in my mind every night before sleeping.....n thinking too much makes me sleep late....so....

1. Am grateful that I am able put the slight edge principles in my life(this is a part of it)

2. Am grateful that I finally see some progress in my study habits

3. Am grateful for this fulfilling meal of mutton biriyani...fish finger...n chicken lollipop tonight....n that hopefully i won't get any stomach ache tomorrow...

 

1) I am grateful for a nice dinner tonight.
2) I am grateful for making the decisions to go work temporarily.
3) I am grateful for a good workout today.

 

-I am grateful for clothes that beautify human beings.
-I am grateful that I don't emit a smell when I commit a wrongdoing for nobody would want to be near me. May God forgive my soul!
-I am grateful that we are imperfect for that allows us to be compassionate!

3. I'm grateful for being able to eat out and by food when I need to

2. I'm grateful for the mess on my table. It reflects to me who I am

Gratitude is a very unexplored feeling

 

1. I am grateful for the advice and guidance I've found on NoFap.

2. I am grateful to a wonderful girl for helping me relax last night after a long day at work.

3. Although the shifts are long, I am grateful to have a career that I love and that leaves me with a feeling of accomplishment.

 

I have a question....what would be a better time to do this.....just before sleeping or just after u wake up?

 

1. Am grateful that finally I upgraded my PC today

2. Am grateful that I got a family

3. Am grateful for having a blanket to comfort me

 

-I am grateful for my home printer...Mine has been messed up for several weeks...Rough time having to find a place to print
-I am grateful for the best natural light that far exceeds man's light, the sun
-I am grateful for coastal beaches for there is so much restoration when I get a chance to visit them

 

1. I'm grateful for the potatoes. And sour cream.
2. I'm grateful for a moment of bliss that I got to experience recently.
3. I'm grateful for spiritual dreams
