All the gifts I received.

This might sound weird, but my brain js kind of shutting down, as in I'm not as hypervigilant or on guard. I read thats an effect of suffering from abuse.

I really am a truly lucky person. Just wanted to put that out there. And as always, I'm thankful for this forum and the positive thinking it encourages.

 

I am thankful to not have relapsed today.
I am thankful for my growing strength.

Being more productive

The fact I became good at art DURING the time when I was anxious and depressed. Basically an example of growing a rose in the desert in my opinion, if u know what I mean.

Being able to make money at work

 

Bruh I am also grateful for some ice cream.
