***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I'm grateful for:
Feeling rejuvenated.
An insightful dream (more of a nightmare, but nevertheless...) I had last night.
Reaching 60 days of my streak.

 

I am grateful to be able to come here even when I've relapsed to get encouragement.
I am grateful for a new day.
I am grateful for a long weekend.

 

I am grateful that I was able to pick myself right up after my last relapse, instead of relapsing multiple times what usually happened.
I am grateful for the nice week I've had, with a lot of social stuff in it.
I am grateful that it's weekend and that I don't have to do a lot this weekend.

 

I am grateful for making it through the day yesterday with no urges.
I am grateful for having an amazing partner.
I am grateful for a new day.

 

I am grateful for having discipline, since I believe it is one of the most important skills you can possess.
I am grateful for the internet, where you can find information on anything you want.
I am grateful to have spent more time with a friend that I don't see so often last week.

 

I am grateful for a new day.
I am grateful for being able to take the day off.
I am grateful for getting through another day without porn.

 

I am grateful for having clear understanding why watching pixels on screen not equals to having sex with a woman.
I am grateful for realization that I always tried hiding from problems rather that facing them.
I am grateful for the book Daily Stoic that gives me food for thoughts.

 

I am grateful for spending my weekend with friends.
I am grateful that there is a girl who really likes me.
I am grateful that I will start to do 5 minutes of yoga starting today every day.

 

I am grateful for a new day and the ability to start fresh.
I am grateful for being alive.
I am grateful for having a job.

 

I am grateful that by coming to this thread and reading posts from others, I know that I am not alone fighting this all by myself.
I am grateful that even though these last two weeks have been brutal, relapse and life wise, I'm grateful for it because I've realized I have core issues outside of porn that I just can't coexist with any longer. I need to beat this porn addiction but I also need to address and find a resolution or strive for a resolution to these issues because I feel, I know they are related to each other.
I am grateful that even though I don't like my job and it's not where I want it be, atleast I still have a job to go to.

 

I am grateful for Black Friday discounts, so I was able to buy the course I really need for affordable price.
I am grateful for having a job and being able to sustain my life on money I earn.
I am grateful for having a day full of impressions yesterday.

 

I am grateful that I have the possibility to buy clothes from the internet, so that I can dress better.
I am grateful for the good night of sleep I had.
I am grateful that I have a car.

 

I am grateful for a new day.
I am grateful for sleeping through the night.
I am grateful for being alive and healthy.

A mother who does everything for me
And for not being poor

 

I am grateful I had a chat with a friend yesterday. Talking to her helped give me perspective and get through the day.
I am thankful that I was able to stay positive today, which helped me get through my day happy.
I am thankful i have friends at work who make work easy to get through and enjoyable.

 

I am grateful for the amount of wisdom and knowledge I gained this year.
I am grateful for waking up early today.
I am grateful for snowy weather, so it finally feels like a real winter!
