I'm grateful to have good parents
I'm grateful to know Nofap and wonderful people around here
I'm grateful everyday for having the oportunity to start over and change myself.

 

I am grateful to myself for another day of not fapping.
I'm grateful to myself for being quite productive today.
I'm grateful to myself for using the web wisely today.

 

I am grateful for my family.
I am grateful for all that my mom and dad do for me.

I am grateful for seeing a squirrel on my morning walk.
I am grateful for being able to help people out on my side job today and I'm grateful that people appreciated my help and thanked me for it.

I am grateful that most of that food on my table comes from my mom's delicious cooking. I'm very thankful for it and I try not to take it for granted.

Grateful for learning to accept and give affection.

Grateful for this pumpkin spice latte I am having right now.

Grateful for food in my fridge.

 

I am grateful for the weekend. It's almost over now but I enjoyed it.
I am grateful for family and friends.
I am grateful for getting a few things done that I wanted to.

 

I am grateful for the relatively slow day at work.
I am grateful for the awesome home made pizza I had.
I am grateful for my car. We have had a lot of moments and it means a lot to me, more than just a car.

I am grateful for my father. He does a lot for me and he cares a lot for me. I will keep striving to be the man I can be so I can do the same for him.
I am grateful for having a car to take to work and back. It saves a lot of time versus public transportation, and I'm thankful for it because I can use that time in other ways.
I am grateful for the day.

I am grateful for my car. It has a done a lot for me. I might have to put it down but I'll figure something out and hopefully I don't have to.
I am thankful for what I have. I could be in worse positions but considering everything, I am very fortunate and grateful.
I am grateful for almost finishing up my book. Considering how long I have had it for, I'm happy I'm spending and wanting to spend the time to read it. I enjoy it a lot actually.
