***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for the small gestures of generosity from my flatmate - he gave me a cookie and a recipe and ingredients for a special and delicious meal I cooked for my birthday dinner.

I am grateful for my meditation practice - it's been a while since I sat but I've spent so many hours meditating over the years it's always there for me when I need it and decide to return. Like coming home. I've made a commitment to meditate daily again.

I am grateful to the people I meet randomly and share stories with - yesterday I sat with someone in the sauna and we solved world political problems together while sweating out all the toxins haha
 
I am grateful for my gym, which is large, well equipped, never busy and has a sauna

I am grateful for my mind. Most of the time is works perfectly, and has the capacity to lead me to freedom and happiness.

I am grateful for having enough money to buy food and help my girlfriend and her young family.
 
I am grateful for learning some key insights on myself over the last few days. It's just another part of my growth and I'm happy I've learned/relearned it.
I am grateful for having a job and where I work.
I am grateful for my parents. They do a lot for me, sometimes I forget or don't realize it, but I try my best to be aware and remind myself of all that they have done and still do.
 
1.) I am grateful that I have been let to live another day! It's another day to start fresh:) That's the greatest thing ever.
2.) I am grateful for the wonderful people I still have in my life who are so loving and supportive even when I fall.
3.) I am grateful for the opportunity to gain a college education in my senior year of high school.
