being able to read and write.
getting my washing done.
the informative side of youtube.
seeing the trees.
my progress with my PMO addiction.
having more clarity about what I need to work on/let go.
a connection to God.

I am grateful for...

feeling better, a good day yesterday.
a new morning and a fresh start.
the birds singing this morning.
the couple of Robins I saw yesterday.
my typing speed increasing to nearly 50 wpm.
good weather today to get some work done.
writing this out, always a good thing.
another day free of PMO.
another day free of fantasy of all kinds.
I have a connection to God.

a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.
the gift of a new day.
Gods grace and mercy.
the birds singing as I type this.
no rain today so I can get some work done.
having clean clothes to wear.
hot water to use.
my changing desires.
being able bodied.
being able to speak.

that I can sit comfortably.
being able to digest food.
being able to go to the toilet without problems.
not taking any medication.
a nice cup of coffee.
having a busy day yesterday.
that I am in recovery.
the person who build things we use every day.
emergency service workers.

a clean slate, what I do today is what matters.
reading other peoples posts.
seeing a couple of people have the seed of break through.

knowing recovery is possible.
