feeling better, a good day yesterday.
a new morning and a fresh start.
the birds singing this morning.
the couple of Robins I saw yesterday.
my typing speed increasing to nearly 50 wpm.
good weather today to get some work done.
writing this out, always a good thing.
another day free of PMO.
another day free of fantasy of all kinds.
I have a connection to God.

not taking any medication.

that I am in recovery.
the person who build things we use every day.
emergency service workers.

a clean slate, what I do today is what matters.
reading other peoples posts.
seeing a couple of people have the seed of break through.
getting a couple of little jobs done.
the daily readings I use.
knowing recovery is possible.
the dog.
the Robin I see in the garden.
my faith in God.
