***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I just realised I missed yesterday. I do six today!

Today I am grateful for...

a new day.
looking out at blue sky.
no caffeine for three weeks.
better nutrition.
the grace of God.
more energy and better sleep.
 
Today I am grateful for:
Being able to return to this thread after losing my internet for several days.
The opportunity to start over after every failure.
The wisdom to know that bad situations are only temporary.
 
Today I am grateful for:
Making it through the workday today.
Not having to return my old modem to AT&T.
Getting my computer fixed.
 
Today I am grateful for:
The coffee I just drank
Having free time to pursue things that interest me.
The forgiving nature of people.
 
Today I am grateful for:
Getting things done this weekend
The upcoming day off
Old and lasting friendships
 
Today I am grateful for...

mass yesterday.
a new day and new opportunity to do the right thing.
the email from a friend yesterday.
 
Today I am grateful for:
Having made it through the day
Having some clarity about short-term goals
Coping tools like meditation and prayer
 
I recently had the pleasure of signing a get well soon card, and it was heartwarming to see the outpouring of good wishes and kind words from everyone. Sympathy cards create a sense of unity and togetherness, reminding us that we're part of a larger community.
 
Haven't been here in a while, but I'm still grateful.

Today I am grateful for:
Reducing my caffeine consumption
Being able to pay my bills
Making progress on some projects
 
1) I am grateful that I have a job that allows me to buy what I want regarding my hobbies
2) I am grateful that I can have a coffee at the coffee shop to see people and feel better
3) I am grateful that despite years of not having a healthy lifestyle I'm still healthy
 
Today I am grateful for:
Having a less stressful day at work today
Having social obligations to keep me on track with my recovery
Having a washing machine and dryer
