The "Grey" Area

    Hey everyone,

    I'm back, again, in the rebooting section because I really am struggling here. Although I am trying to keep busy with other thoughts and activities, but it never seems to work... at all. What I realize now, which has been said by so many others before me, is that to really make this change, there simple can be no "grey" area. By that I mean not allowing myself to get wrapped up in suggestive social media or tv/films. All that stuff, while not explictly porn, inevitably feeds the hunger, leading me to relapse time and time again. Honestly, it gets to a point where my focus shifts from wondering about the possibility of actually making this lifestyle change to the ever-present voice in my head that says, "Wow, again? You're seriously pathetic! Not even a week!?!" So my news goals here are few and simple:

    1) AVOID THE GREY! I have to do this for this all to work!

    2) ACTUALLY post on this website daily! Without the support directly coming from others or indirectly from other's stories, this will be an even more difficult challenge.

    3) Take it day by day. Simple as that.

    4) Remember my motto: "You are OK! You have work to do, but you are OK!"

    Very true. I'm posting here mainly because of your second reason; it genuinely does help to stay active on the site!
