    1. Instead of watching youtube or looking at my phone read a book or meditate for 5 minutes instead. Starting small and no pressure so I can go back to those things after reading/meditating.

    - When I wake up from sleep, I first get up standing to see what time it is.

    - When I'm leaning on my elbows or having arms crossed, I will correct and open my posture.

    - When I've been biting my nails, I will do ten push-ups.

    How do execute the counting? Do you make a note on your phone or something like that?

  19. Yes, I have a note on my phone which is an exact copy paste of my last posts. Then I have the counting as the last number on each line because then it gets convenient to click and edit. Strangely though, one newline becomes two when I paste the note here :emoji_thinking:
