    I heard somewhere that after you masturbate it takes about 2 weeks to recover from this "hangover" is it true? Because I do feel weird and unhappy and I can't really laugh from things that I always luagh from and I remember that it happend before and it passed after 2 eeeks but it maybe just in my head tell me

    For me, It leaves an effect for 1-2 days. Don't let depression get to you bro, laugh and stay positive. Depression leads to even more PMO.

    Yes, I believe this hangover is true. It roughly takes two weeks to recover; However, this recovery is much harder after PMO, because the greater stimulus results in an upset balance.

    A kind of hangover, yes, but not 2 weeks. 1-2 days maximum.

    Totally important is to get balanced - so do productive work, do sports, meet people/family/friends and relax. Have enough sleep. Eat healthy food. No alcohol and no drugs.
