The Hardest Part!!

    Today is my 11th day of No PMO!!
    First 10 days were very good. I was pumped up. Didn't even think about porn. I was focused on my direction ahead. But today i didn't get a good sleep, was tired and didn't study at all. All these things make me think that i am unproductive and as a result cravings kicked in!!
    Realising the pattern here. I know Fap will not make anything better instead it will do the opposite! So i will stand strong and fight it..!!

    Keep it up! The most I have ever gone was 15 days and that was back in February. Ever since then its just been a bunch of streaks of random days. I just started giving journaling a shot.

    There are a few videos I have watched that gave me some helpful tips. One was from Porn Reboot. They had this therapist on for a few of them. One tip was that even though they dont seem like it, urges are temporary and u gotta wait out the storm until it passes.

    If sleep is an issue, i'd recommend not using any devices or screens at least 30 minutes before bed, I shoot for an hour. I'm not really sure the science behind it, but something about the blue light making your brain active which makes it hard to sleep. This also is helpful because if you don't use your screens before bed, you won't have a opportunity for pmo, my relapses were usually at night so it helps me.
