That is what I wrote. That I believe there is nothing harmful in low frequency masturbation but to gain all benefits it might be better to have less than every week.Looking at your first link, they consider "hypersexual desire" the act of masturbating 7 times per week, for 6 consecutive months or more... this means masturbation on a daily basis, which also means lots of porn view associated with the act (including edging). That's clearly "over-masturbation" but we can't then say that masturbation is harmful. If we eat 5 hours/day and we get extremely fat, can we say that "food is harmful"? Of course not...
Masturbating on a daily basis with porn is a thing, masturbating (for example) once per week, without porn, is a completely different thing.
