Day 16 done, onto Day 17. Locked in, feeling the urges to pull up some porn on my browser but I'm realising that:
1. I am not the urges
2. There is no genuine pleasure in pornography - it's just an illusion
3. My life is so much better now that I am FREE from the prison and ADDICTION of pornography
Pornography will either make me or break me, it's an everyday decision to control and keep this ADDICTION in a submissive choke hold. NO going back, I have my whole life ahead of me to live. One session is too much and a thousand is not enough. I'm dialled in, this is it, no turning back and no more negative effects of pornography upon my whole life and being. Let's go <3

Day 7 proved to be a difficult one unexpectedly, the urges really caught me off guard out of seemingly nowhere (was reading and listening to records and perfectly content after a gym session when they came through like waves of attacks in space invaders for over 2 hours! )but I'm still on track! #slytherin

Day 17: Wanted to write a quick report before I go to the gym. Urges today, strongest they have been for a couple of weeks. But I had my journal of quotes to help put me back in the position I want to be, to help me see through the "noise" of my addiction pounding on the door to my mind and body and soul. This helped tremendously, and I am so so proud of myself - not only for successfully dealing a major blow to my addiction, but in the fact that my plan of resolve is working!

 

Day 10 begins! I’ve made double digits!! Yay!!

Day 73 - Year Six Hogwarts
House: Hufflepuff

Keeping this brief. Missed jury duty + urges (medium - high urges) because of this I was considering a relapse. Yeah, it would have been due to frustration because if I don't follow up on my missed jury duty then I have to pay fine of $1500 or possibly jail time if I don't pay. Urges came from fantasizing about some woman and fasting as well. That's it. Amazing, how I would resort to that if I wasn't strong. Fighting and holding on.

If you didn't know, Slytherin was my first results on the Sorting Hart.

Jeeeze, I'm really mad at myself. I'm probably approaching 40 days porn free, yet all the porn fantasies and memories still live rent-free in my head and get me at my weakest moments, leading to porn-fantasized M sessions, where I feel I need to reset, yet again.
I'm questioning if I should keep 2 separate day tallys (one for porn or pornlike things, the other just for masturbation)but it feels more honest to keep just one tally as porn fantasizing even without the actual visual representation still feels like I'm not allowing the neural pathways to properly heal and repair themselves. Thoughts? Anyway today is a new day 0, trying not to kick myself

Day 11 begins!!! Nearly didn’t make it as had strong urge to play with my wand this morning!!! Very strong urge… spent a few minutes thinking about it before the inner strength to say NO kicked in properly and took a cold shower instead!!!

I can do this!!! Must keep going!!
