Really proud of myself yesterday. Been feeling down of late so was looking for songs to help with this on youtube. I clicked on a song that had skimpily dressed women unknowingly and by reflex I turned it off immediately and wasn't tempted to look. This made me realise that I have not looked at those kind of videos from March when I started nofap (although I relapsed to p after my initial 30 day streak). In my current streak my mentality has changed a lot, mainly driven by an increased capacity to simply turn down urges. And this has contributed to a very clean run with little urges. Thought I'd post this for what it's worth, hopefully it helps with motivation or something.

Day-18

 

Point no. 4 is damm true. I broked my highest streak I was on 43 day and now It took me 2 months to cross 10 day. Everytime I masturbate in between of 6-10 day.

 

Mine was 1 and 2. But tbh I peeked the entire first streak and tried to justify it, I even made posts arguing that there were benefits to no mo. Lol It's very stupid when I look back now, I was trying to quit a p addiction by consuming p. After the relapse it took me about 2 months too to start another one. A large part of this is about learning from mistakes and honestly making changes.
