I made it over three weeks without masturbating, then I masturbated twice today. Felt good, and I did not look at porn for more than a few seconds before closing out and masturbating on my own. That's a good effort man. I ended up fapping today to without any porn. But the problem came from watching some videos a few days ago and I've peeked a couple times. It's good having the time to realize not looking won't hurt and urges never killed anyone. I'm starting from day 1 today and I had made it 53 days without fapping. But I see now the danger of looking. We must remain vigilant and alert at all times. Don't listen to those pesky voices starve them out. Let's begin and grow the best crops the farm has ever seen. 8 days complete, Murph is scared about the ghost so I told her get data and analyze, like a true scientist

 

I completely agree. Had I not looked in the first place last Thursday, I would not have taken the downward slide toward MO Sunday evening. Thursday was my first mistake. I let my trigger dictate what I did next instead of letting me dictate next steps. My therapist said today that it seems like if I let myself get to the moment just before I look, it is already too late. Once I start to give in to the urges but before I PMO, I have already lost. I proved to myself yesterday that I could beat the urges if I waited them out. I had a really bad erection yesterday and it did not help that is was rubbing up against my pants which was slightly pleasurable. I know I would end up MO’ing if I did not handle things then and there, so I went to the bathroom, dropped my pants and underwear, and then sat on the toilet and did some breathing exercises as my heart raced. Within about half a minute, my erection was gone, my heart had slowed back to normal, and I had not given into my urges. Now if I can do that when I feel like peeking it should be a lot easier because often times, I look before I am turned on. However it could also be more difficult because I sometimes look at porn without being turned on, and that is something that I have to figure out why I am doing that.

I am now 1.5 days PMO free, and I will see you at Cooper’s Station. I am willing to hold you to it, and I hope that you will hold me to it as well.
