    This week has kinda sucked with not feeling well and thus not sticking with my planned schedule and points allocation. As such, I made the unfortunate decision to PMO to P-subs after getting out of bed late this morning. I am feeling better, so I hope this next week will go much better. As it is, time between relapses is growing somewhat. I made it 28 days clean previously and now 7.5 days clean this time. Unfortunately, I broke several of my rules to prevent relapse, so I am going to reinstate those from this day forward and not make excuses even when I am sick. NoFap does not take a day off.

    Thanks! I should be on 1 day now, but about half an hour after posting on here yesterday, I relapsed again. I suppose that counts more as a two episode binge than a second relapse, but for sake of the keeping up wellness goals, they count as separate relapses on the same day. I have been feeling depressed, and my sleep schedule is way out of whack. I was up until midnight last night playing video games, and then I watched Youtube until 2AM because I could not sleep. I had to take my sleeping pill, so at 2:15AM I did that, and then I slept until 11:30AM today. I feel tired, but some exercise and a cold shower should wake me up. This last week, the most alive I have felt was when I stood under the cold water of the shower. That felt good. Anytime else, I feel hot and moody. Not sure why, but I am adjusting my recovery plan and I plan to get things under control today, and using this USA Independence Day as my day 1 of independence from PMO.

    i've been consistently exercising for the past few days and i think it has helped me tremendously, i have more energy during the afternoons and more clarity and more understanding in stuff like academics. the thing im struggling in right now is i dont really know how to communicate with my APs and friends on this site? like how do i offer my support to them and really help them and be with them when it gets tough? another thing is my school, if i dont get my shit together and study then i will fail in school ;-;

  15. Happy to see old members back in the game. The reunion happened for a reason. There was some set backs and some hit the sky. These set backs taught us that it is important to lead a good life out there and we deserve the style.

    This is not the end and we all gonna make ourselves to settle as a voyagers once for all in this vast outer space.

    I didn’t make a count on my last streak but guess I’ve crossed a week, so will start from Day 5 as a Drone Catcher.
    I will the update the voyagers list asap.

    I am doing better now. You quoted my day 5 post, so hopefully you saw I was farmer again. I am on Day 2. Today was my most productive day in over a week and a half. 3 days to Drone Catcher again. I had been struggling with illness all last week, but I am finally doing better and I am coming out of the depression that set itself upon me. I played Pokemon TCG online all morning, and then I played some remote yugioh at noon. I did some porn recovery work, I talked to one of my friends for an hour via video chat, and I just finished organizing practice problems for the Master's Algebra Proficiency exam in August, and I just need to get that into my schedule for this summer. I am eating now, then I will do some algebra maybe, then journaling, gratitudes, reading, and meditation before bed.

    Day 2 still for 4.5 more hours
    I woke up at 5:30AM, did some chores, took a cold shower, played some Pokemon, at breakfast, and now I am at work waiting for students to come in. When I get up at 5:30AM, I am productive from then until about 9am. Then I have my 9AM crash where I would normally take a nap. However, I cannot do that as I am working, so I will be staying up all day, and try to get to bed by 8PM again. Do that for a few days of no naps and just getting up at 5:30AM and bed by 8PM and I should fall into that routine and I will no longer feel tired by 9AM as I typically do. We shall see though. I have had very few urges since my Saturday binge, though that might have to do with me watching less YouTube since my binge. I still watch for about half an hour every couple days, but I have been better about avoiding it. This morning when I got up, I turned off my alarm, sat down in bed and just breathed for about two minutes before picking up my phone to check overnight notifications. I swear, taking those two minutes was much more energizing that looking at my phone right after getting up. I will have to do that more often. I know that tomorrow will probably bring some urges if history is any tell, though sometimes, I can make it to day 8 before my first urges appear (like making it 7.5 days last Saturday). With that said, I fully intend to beat my 31 day hard mode record this month, and then beat my 33 day no P record as well. Since I relapsed on the 3rd of July, I will have to wait until August 4th to make it to 32 days clean. With that said, the move on August 1st will almost certainly bring urges as I will feel incredibly stressed. If (*when) I make it past the first week in my new apartment, the urges should be better until August 18th when I begin training for my TA position. Then they should cease until the first week of September when I start my new classes as well as teaching. However, I make it past that, and getting to 90 days should be easier. I will be 60 days on September 1st, and 90 days on October 1st. It will be a long haul, but I want to be clean three months for my birthday on October 4th.
