    Day 0, checking in. Can't believe this crap. Crappy weekend, I have a ton of excuses I could post but what's the point they are just excuses. Can't believe I had two setbacks within two days of each other. Feel like all the progress I have made to this point has been lost. Anyway I start again, the days of anger and fog to look forward to it. I really need to make a go at this everyday. I really want a life free from porn.
