    - Extra energy and extra confidence
    - Mental clarity and speed and more phisycal strenght
    - Went out with a girl once ( Last time i went out with her 3 months ago )
    - Less depresion
    - I grew a little beard
    Other side of the coin:
    - More urges
    - More Wrath

    I agree with Marcus on this one, you can't control your dreams so I wouldn't worry about it. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to control that.
