It is with a heavy heart I report that I've relapsed. I took sometime to recuperate and examine what led me to it. First and foremost I claim full responsibility for my lack of restraint and vigilance however my addiction did crept up in me. What I mean by this is the following. I generally imagine my whole set of routines and systems resting upon four pillars and a bedrock: Fitness, nutrition, sleep, meditation and the bedrock is nofap. If any of the four pillars are unsteady nofap and my routines suffer and if nofap is not present there can be no steadiness.
Without wanted to bore everyone, I'll say that I've encountered a financial situation which led me to take a break from my thesis that I'm writing and get to work. Slowly this took a hit out of my four pillars without me even realizing it (which is why I say I lacked vigilance) and on top of that I've gotten an eye infection which was a painful experience for me. Needless to say that it came in like a wrecking ball.
It was the first time that pain actually leads me to a relapse. I was educational but never the less counterproductive to my goals. I feel like I've let people down and first and foremost myself since I promised I'd do 150 days this years of no porn and no masturbation.

Thankfully now that I've gotten better I can get back on that horse. I'm sorry for the long post my friends. I hope someone learns from my experience. I commit that I will not give up. I'll make it. We'll all make it.
