    I have tried so many times to stop PMO. In the past I would feel very helpless in stopping, and basically I just gave into it at some point feeling like there was nothing I could do. But sometimes I get on track improving my overall life like I am right now, and I reach a point of feeling like taking up this challenge again. PMO is a huge part that has been causing me a lot of grief and emotional pain. I'm reading Gary Wilsons book "Your Brain On Porn" again, it helped a lot when I went on a 3 month streak away from porn. I had thought I'd given up porn then but I had a lot of stress at school and felt overwhelmed, I didn't know what to do so I fell back in porn use. I will implement some of the tips from Garry's book while making positive changes in my life. I would like to be a Jedi Master, but I need to do it one step at a time, and not burden myself too much this time so that I don't end up feeling overwhelmed. My phone is my main device for porn use, so I will keep that out of my arms reach as much as possible, and I've set up Norton safe search on my computers internet browsers, although for some reason Microsoft Edge can't implement it. Not sure what to do about that, although Firefox is my main browser. At least keeping my phone away from me and putting safe search on my main browser will give me a window of opportunity to think before acting on a porn urge. I think that breaking that Pavlovian circuit in the brain is really important to stop porn use. If I had a porn urge I could just immediately grab my phone and within 5 seconds be watching it. But no more easy access, so I have an opportunity instead to think about what I should do. I will have to plan ahead of time, a plan of action when porn urges arise. And no deliberation about it. Also I absolutely need to make my sleep better, I've been going to sleep around 2-3 in the morning and getting up 10-12 in the morning. Not having a good sleep schedule makes it so easy in the morning to just fap to porn. If I get up early and have a routine in place then I have less opportunity for my mind to wander to porn, because I'm focused on being productive early on in the day. I got the Fabulous app to help me create a night and morning routine so that I will get to bed on time by planning ahead when I'm going to sleep and reading for half an hour before bed to calm my mind down. It's a motivating app to help me just to do simple habits and to get out of bed in the morning. I know I can stop PMO because I have done it before, I just have to implement the right habits and make it hard to fall back into porn.

    Well here I go, day 0 as a Jedi youngling!

    Day 18 - Padawan. NoFap has helped me I lot, I found a job on my vacations , and I need extra-energy, NoFap has given that to me. Also since I started the 2° Week I felt less urges, and Im happier with simplest things in life, like watching some netflix or feeding my dog.

    Welcome to the challenge!

    Mainly what has helped me is getting rid of the triggers that give me an urge to masturbate. Think about the situations that you relapse, and try to remove them one by one.
    You are already trying to do that, by going to bed earlier and getting up early in the morning. If that's what's best for you.

    I've stopped looking at Instagram models & stuff, it is kind of a trigger for me. Also, it is very important to not ever open phub or any porn site, because that's the evil first step that you take, right before relapsing.

    Always remind yourself why do you want to quit this! That's probably the most important of them all.

    I want to quit PMO because it makes me feel horrible doing it over and over, and that it prevents me from accomplishing my goals. I usually only make significant progress in overcoming PMO if I put as much effort I can into it, instead of putting in half effort. I will try to post daily here, and read other peoples posts as a reminder what I'm doing here.

    Yes let's gooo, it's 3 days after my 90 day challenge but I am not exactly that happy about the achievement because I'm more happy about just not fapping at all. I feel like I've been able to really dedicate myself to living a life without porn and I even got through a period of stressful exams without fapping which gives me confidence.

    Day 1 check in as a Youngling. I'm feeling pretty good about getting my sleep in order. I am using the Fabulous app on the phone to help me establish a night and morning routine. Just having that to balance my energy levels and to make me feel more productive in the day is helpful. I've also written up a nofap guide for myself, a list of noted I took from "Your Brain On Porn" and I use it to remind myself what I'm doing. No more winging it or just hoping for the best that I stop watching porn. It's either full effort or I haven't been trying my best.
