We have to keep pushing forward bro. I also went back to 0 on Sunday. Now Im on day 4. On monday after my 21 streak, I felt Different, and my energy levels and focus dropped a lot. So I am back. Day 4 . Youngling again.

It's just a couple of hours off of day 9 as a Padawan for me but I will post early because I have to go to work before technically day 9 hits. I didn't get a very good sleep last night, I think because either of the habanero pepper I had with my eggs at breakfast, or it was the instant noodles and bag of chips. I'll blame it on the junk food. That's something else that I want to work on is improving my diet to get rid of all junk and gradually replace it all with healthy food.
Going back on that concept of completing goals, they can make me feel more excited about life. And whats sexual energy if it's not excitement? So I think it's important to channel this energy into a different current or channel, so that it doesn't just sit around making me feel agitated and useless. That kind of negativity is a breeding ground for porn urges. As I've seen in other testimonials, quitting porn is not just the absence of porn in our lives, it's taking on a totally different way of life, one where you get to do things you never worked towards but always wanted to. All of that energy that was wasted on porn thoughts and feelings, are now used for positive action and goals. And I should say done all one step at a time, because in the past I had a tendency to do too much at once and I felt overwhelmed and so I crashed. No more perfectionism.

I also struggle with sleep on my first 14 days of NoFap. I have seen the pattern there. Here some tips: 1- Try eating less food on dinner so you dont have a lot of energy in the night. 2- Quit using cellphone while you are laying on bed. 3- Try doing some exercise.
For abstaining this long I feel like getting back into an exercise routine. I've been thinking of doing yoga, and picking up meditation again.
