day 52, i am a jedi,

wow i am surprise of being able to reach 52 days, i had my first few months of trial and error before being there though. i had a short jogging earlier. i am feeling slowly better. at least not touching myself, whenever i feel like doing it, grounds me i know why i am doing it, and it is to feel less shame. there are real humans out there that i need to discover for real. i will workout after this message
