i have a headache. skipped my workout in order to plan my day, but i woke up at 5:20... i'll have enough sleep tomorrow that's for sure ! since i started this nofap journey, and because of reasons of betrayal (where i was the traitor) i have become much more resevered than i used to be. i returned to the state i was in middle school before i started to open up to people, i am glad i came back. but i am much different than a 13 year old boy that's for sure.
