    Since I was 10 years old, I was masturbating. Started once a week then twice till the age of 18. I was in very good shape since I practice sports 5 times a week. After that, I reduced the frequency of masturbating and I was doing it once in two weeks, I felt stronger more independent and I felt high self-esteem. I got into a relationship pretty strong one. First love let's say for 3 years. During the first year, I was feeling good then once the problems appear I went back to my old thing " masturbation ". Lost the girlfriend, almost lost myself. I now have a good social position I am doing my masters in a field I like and I don't wanna lose myself in this shit. during the quarantine, I was masturbating daily and I can say that I have the lowest self-esteem I ever had!
    I am here to quite this addiction because I believe in community strength. I will stick to this program and get my life back! First Day.

    Guys sorry for my English. It is my third language!

    I am quite new to this program too, but it has been helping me a lot so far.
    My self-esteem is improving now after just a few days.

    I believe in community strength too. It is a power I am going to need to get over this.

    Day0:
    I still feel stressed and depressed because I am not masturbating and having fun! Yeah, I am addicted. It is like drugs!
    But, I managed to hangout and play video games with my friend!
    I prepared good meals and enjoyed my food.
    I am believing that I am taking the right decision that will change my life radically and bring me back my high self esteem. I am aware that it won’t be easy. Thus, I will keep myself busy next days and start to correct my life style.

    Masturbation was a bad way to get ride of stress. However, now, I feel all the time depressed. During the next 90 days, I will change my life radically and I will post here what I did and what I am going to do!

    For tomorrow, I will study and try to finish my daily tasks)

    Welcome to the community!Yes get your life on track!This habit opens doors for other things like procrastination,low self esteem, overthinking and depression.Its a bigger beast than it looks like.You think its ok if u give in once or twice but in no time it consumes you.Spend time with people!Exercise and develop new habits.And watch the times you enter into temptation.

    Middle of Day1,

    I feel more stable. It is actually a good feeling. I usually had some fog in the morning because of the intensive rhythm of masturbation. However, today, I woke up without thinking of that shit. I woke up healthier in my body and my mind.

    I started a healthy process to detox my body by drinking the ginger water with lime and honey after waking up.
    I will keep up with this habit for some time and then maybe I will start my day by doing some sport exercises. I am sure that if I keep up with this I will have a radical change in my life I will be more focused. Thus, I will be more successful.
    I am at the beginning of a life-changing journey where I will feel through it with more senses in this life I will feel the connection with others and I will gain back myself, the better version of myself.

    Good job brother.Yes exercise is good in fact if you take notice when men break up from relationships we are adviced to work out and go out with friends.Physical change can bring satisfaction and self esteem.Train hard to feel better.Will help with the brain fog also.I feel the brain fog also it's my 2 day after relapse.Hang in there we will get our life back.Im not giving views and help some pornstar get richer while i loathe in loneliness an depression.Its game over for the industry.Time for us to wake up!

    Honestly bro, You said it all. I suffered from the broke up and got to that masturbation shit and loneliness. However, I was the top 12 best student in my country. We all are here to get our lives back and we all are here to hustle for a better version of ourselves.

    End of day1:

    I feel more powerful. I feel healthier. I feel at some points angry and guilty for losing too much time in doing that shit. So, I know I am doing the right thing and I know now that I am in the starting point of the right track of a greater life.

    Tomorrow: I will study and try to finish my daily tasks!

    Beginning of Day2:

    I was usually masturbation after waking up. I was abusing myself to forget my real life issues. I was abusing myself to forget the pain I had from my last relationship!

    I am forgiving myself now. I am healing myself. Yesterday at night, I dreamed about my Ex. I had to solve this issue way before, but I was in the fog of illusion the fog of abusing my self the fog of doing that shit.

    2nd day is here, welcome!
    I am in my second day I am in the beginning of the healing process. I am getting my self back. I am getting my life to the right track back again!

    positive things: is that I woke up early without any issues!

    Do not abuse ourselves. If you have a problem live with it. You will either forget or solve it by time.

    A lot of positive life things are coming, I am sure!

    Focus on the quality of your life.Have fun, don't stress.If you stress you relapse.Like the yogis practice mindfulness living consciously like Jesus did.Life is meant to be lived.Grab her by the hair.You can do this.Keep busy and FOCUS.

    Didn't do much from the morning. I figure out that I changed the addiction of porn to another addiction which is youtube. Now, I deactivated my social media account. I kept Instagram and messenger to keep my interaction with my close friends and family members. I installed youtube as well and decided to not open it. Unless I finish my studies. No more youtube before sleeping, no more losing hours and hours watching youtube recommendations. And, this is what I called the beginning of a self-control journey.

    Make more sense to your life. Make more and good real interactions with others. Do not waste your time doing anything, like watching youtube or watching porn. This is all useless. We are human, we should have self-control. we should invest our time in our well being.

    However, The urges today are decreased this is what I felt.

    KEEP YOURSELF BUSY AND FOCUS. YOU WILL BE HAPPIER.

    NOFAP FOR a better version of ourselves.

    Yes not spending much time in these apps is ideal.I don't have Facebook or messenger.I don't have Instagram either.But i i spend enough hours on youtube to learn to have some entertainment.At nights pop a movie or documentary if u like.Be mindful of life.You will notice when you have much stuff to do during the day the day seems longer and more tiring but more satisfying.After day 8-9 urges will decrease a little so keep striving.Then they get stronger and subside by day 20-21... Eventually every 9-10 days u will calm for a while and then get tempted.Be ready,be busy.Dont dwell on it.Forget it.Remember it only when you post here.Addiction is in the mind.
