the last 4 days have been suprisingly easy for me

    and i'm a guy who couldn't go a day without porn i am honestly suprised

    one big contributor to this was me hating porn and despising it for 4 days i was surfing through the web until 2:am and i didn't have one single urge

    yesterday i felt an overwhelming urge to watch porn what i did was i downloaded an adictive wrestling game and played it up to 3:am and the urge quickly died off

    now i'm going for 20 days wish me luck :)

    Dude it's my fucking 14th day and upto now it's easy for me....right now I am afraid of upcoming worse....don't know how to prepare for that.

    The withdrawals comes and goes up to 4-5 months but usually gets easier after 3 months.
