    write your own motivational text, and read it everyday ;). but most of all, motivation comes with action, plan your day and follow throught ;). that´s the best way to raise motivation. don´t wait, do!!!

    Feeling good, following my strategy to the point and everything looks good ;). After the check i will meditate, work on my handwritting, and then go for pizza and movie ;). Ah, life´s good :)

    On the urges department, small urges, nothing serious.

    I still feel withdrawal sympthoms, fatigue and social anxiety is still here, but it´s getting lighter by the day ;)

    "Stay away from social media"

    Hey Winner!


    “You can't quit porn if you keep using social media.”


    That's something I tell all guys who ask me for help. And I also tell them that if they aren't ready to quit social media, I won't work with them.


    Why?


    It’s because social media functions on algorithms, and those are designed based on human habit patterns.


    In other words, they're created to keep you hooked.


    The mechanism is the same as the one that goes off when you're watching porn. You can have 10 tabs open because you're looking for the best scene to get you off.


    It's all about releasing dopamine and the novelty factor.


    So, when you're looking at some funny memes on Instagram and come across some fitness chick doing squats, that mechanism kicks in.


    And the next thing you know, you're feeling the desire to jack off to her or go watch some porn.


    Instagram in particular is an especially dangerous place for porn addicts.


    It's where many women show up to get validation from men. That means they show off their bodies to get comments from thirsty dudes.


    And if you have a problem with porn, you're one of those horny guys who will pay attention to them.


    My point is that when you get caught up in social media, you end up spending more time watching and following beautiful women online than actually talking to women.


    That's why you need to stay off social media if you want to rewire your brain.


    Instead of thirsting over Instagram models, you should be out there, meeting people, having friends, going to dinners…


    Believe it or not, those healthy activities will make your body release that dopamine.


    Finally, you might ask why I am talking about staying away from social media when you can find my stuff there.


    I'm happy to explain!


    The only thing I do on social media is responding to comments. Everything else, like my videos, goes to my team, who’s going to cut and upload it.


    Understand that social media is a tool to get your message out. That’s what I use it for.


    And apart from that purpose, you should stay away from it.

    Day. 0 Starting again, I'll never give up, I need to keep reading reboot material, because I know that everytime I fall it is because i didnt read reboot material that day or i didnt put any attention on that reading, I know as well that only with my strenght I will cannot resist for much time because my mind needs to be healed and that is when the reboot material, life of prayer and the workout discipline enters . So step by step I'm doing this again.

    I feel amazing. NoFap is so worth it. I feel almost like a different person compared to a year ago, despite all the resets/relapses. Clear head, good attitude- even the things stressing me out right now don't seem so insurmountable. I'm less bothered by the little things. How is that I ever choose to give this up?

    I'm still staying vigilant, though.

    Day 8 - Uruk-Hai

    Been feeling quite tense today, both physically and mentally. I'm assuming this is because I'm past the 1 week checkpoint so symptoms are really starting to kick in. I'm feeling quite sensitive, like I could get a massive urge at any moment for no reason, as if I'm walking on extremely thin ice. Because of this I've had a handful of urges today from pretty small triggers that are now causing a lot more trouble than usual. But so far it's mostly the urges constantly coming back, not so much them being stronger.

    I've been procrastinating quite a bit more than the previous 7 days unfortunately and I was playing Valorant with my friends for longer than I'd like to admit so I'm having to stay up late to finish today's work. The tenseness could also be due to the extremely bad appetite that I had yesterday and the day before so I didn't eat a good amount of food on those days, that could defiantly be playing a role. Other than that, I'm doing alright.

    85 Days clean!

    My pull-ups journey went a lot better today. I even got a set of three in, plus a couple more.

    Since all my workouts so far have used zero equipment, I've kept that theme and been going to the park near me at night the last few nights and experimenting with doing pull-ups on different parts of the playground lol.
