yeah, maybe i was a bit abroad on that. it´s not actual intensive workouts, it´s more like gymnastics: push ups, squats, jumps, arms swinging, and lunges. But only a bit of each one, i don´t exaust myself, i work on the edge. and when i´m confortable with a frequency, then i try the next week to raise the intensity a bit. no exaustion bro, just do things with porpuse and passion. my exercise is close to this one: just changing the "mountain climber" for "arms swinging" back and forth.
