    Day 18 - feeling good. Was a bit lonely yesterday and wanted to watch porn but instead decided to meal prep for the week and that made me feel good. I really enjoy cooking/baking. It's always good to have food consistently available and quick to re-heat.

    Checking-in day 30. Well a lot of happened this day meditation, workouts, praying and watching videos.I was quite moderate in eating today and feel light with herbal tea instead of supper :).
    There is one more elf in the company today!;)

    28-Hobbit - Finally seeing that house of Elrond

    Kinda active day, feeling exhausted yet in a positive way. I have that strange feeling of repeating same day over and over again-it’s strange bc I am staying positive most of the time-but then those thoughts appear and sabotage whatever I happen to do and make it look boring and mundane-possibly flatline?

    Checking in - Week 4 - last week of chronically low dopamine
    Starting to get thoughts of starting new projects and getting re-organised etc.. as chinks of light break through the barriers - However I have also seen that I have been slipping back into just flicking channels on TV, not looking for content, but just to switch off - and this is not what I promised myself. I promised myself I would get away from screens and back to books, and now that is what I am going to do. This is the Forgetting Priorities phase of the FASTER scale, so I need to shake out of it. Tensions were high among a group of friends yesterday, and the last time there were such arguments, I ended up relapsing. Not this time... I am turning and facing the fear of loneliness that comes with the realisation that old friends are growing apart. I am getting back to my core, back to the side projects I know are good for me, projects that nourish me, fulfil me, help me towards becoming whole again

    6 days. Failed to eat right and do qigong/meditation today. I think one factor was because I didn't have a plan for what/when to eat or for when to do my qigong exercise, and I've been very busy today so I really do need a plan for how to do these things throughout the day. Very good that I've found an area where there's lots of potential for improvement, namely planning.

    1. Stay accountable. Done
    2. Physical exercise. Done
    3. Qigong or meditation. Not done
    4. Eating in moderation. Not done
    5. Study about the reboot. Done
