    Get up early, studied and drank lots of water. Worked out in the evening. No urges so far, yet I'm feeling really bad. However I will not give up so easy anymore!

    I am so so sorry guys..I relapsed after 23 days. I’m now just feeling terrible and have a lot of brain fog (rip benefits). Moving back to orc level and work my way back from there!
