Wanted to check in. All is well on my end. Some big life changes in the pipes so that is exciting!

I want to express my gratitude for this community since over the years I have been in and out of NoFap. Every day was necessary to get me to where I am now. The version of myself that I am now owes so much to the NoFap idea and I am thankful for you all!

Relapsed today at 1:00 AM, I hang out with friends, took some beers, but after that when I was driving to home I was really horny, I didn't watch any hot woman or something, but I think that to reach late at home late after drink some beers its a trigger, I didn't know it before and I have to be more careful next time.

Feelint good really, was a good streak, and coming for a better one. Keep strong my brothers!

Day 32. Yesterday was an ok day, i studied with a friend an exam i had today. I did workout too. Recently, im feeling this need of love, so i want to talk with women and maybe get a girlfriend. Idk, i dont wanna relapse, so its hard.

I'm "in test" with a job! This job looks pretty great! Please pray for me so God's will is made in my life and myself.

 

Day 1, Orc.

Late last night after I checked in for a successful day, I ended up relapsing. But now I'm up to Day 1 since today was clean. I will keep going. I'm not giving up. It is so important that I get porn and masturbation out of my life for good. Had a headache most of the day and I was a little bored in the afternoon when I had the house to myself, but I resisted the urge to turn that relapse into a binge.

Kept up with my habits so far today. I walked a lot down by the water today. I saw some little flounder looking fish and saw a crow chasing this rat that jumped into the ocean and swam away to escape. I was impressed by how well it could swim.

I had a certain amount of struggle getting through the day without relapsing though. I actually haven't looked at porn in quite awhile, it's just masturbation I'm trying to get rid of as I know I probably got death-grip. There is some level of evidence that I don't have pied anymore, but I don't know for sure.

 

Day 1
Went shopping to refresh my mind from binge relapsing and the shame it brought.
Target is 90 days. But lets concentrate on today.

A lot of urges, a lot to talk about, but it’s all about the same thing. I am horny and it’s hard be behave well
