    Day 8 complete

    yesterday I didn’t post because I was traveling to Amsterdam for my conference. Here in Amsterdam women like to show more body than where I am from, it’s a constant battle for where I am looking at. And the smell of weed everywhere makes me want to have a smoke myself, but I decided not to add to the poor image of the city and I will not visit the red light district either (I’ve been there before). Being in a hotel room alone was a little bit trigering, but it’s not that bad.

    I fully agree with you on this. That is your brain playing tricks; I have experienced the same thing...
    Stopping in the middle of any of them, "P" or "M" ... or even going to "O" but then making sure you don't go back to the "O" again and again (since you've already "fallen") does wonders for re-affirming your confidence and self-control in this fight.

    Checking in Fellowship!!

    A bit rough yesterday as i was watching a martial arts movie and it throw a sex scene right in the middle. i advert my eyes immediatly, still some images entered my mind and i was unstable for long hours :(. Felt better at night, but didn´t quite fall asleep quick, i roll a bit on the bed, get up, lay down again, and eventually fall asleep.

    Feeling better today, but still a bit unstable. I will be on high guard today.

    Day 12!
    Middle urges yestarday but managed them. I had a wet dream yestarday at nigth. Calm in this moment, not temptation yet, but I will not take any risks. Didn't sleep well, I still stressed for some job thask that I have to do, so for that reason I didn't worked out.

    When we start any shit like p m or good fishing it is like a 'bad joke' we played on ourselves with payment for it just behind the corner, for when you say A you already said Z only you are kidding yourself that you didn't and what's the pride in being a half bitten off apple which started to rot.
