    Yes, the good old millenium certificied Traditional Chinese Medicine. Althought China is not best viewed in the world´s today, it´s traditional medicine is very praised and some branches are spread all over the world (acupuncture, qigong, etc...). Our brother Soaring Eagle, now sober for more than 8 years, studied a lot of TCM and clearly concluded that sexual debauchery drains the life (qi) from the body which in turn creates multiple physical and mental issues.

    i´m reading his book (translated by another brother) and loving it. i highly recommend it :)

    Wow a week clean! I am soo proud of myself and feel GREAT! I have the fear of that this will not hold long...
    I heard that if you abstinence one week of PMO, then your testosterone goes up to 145%! I don`t think that this is true. What I also heard is that your body now uses your testosterone better if you stay abstinent. That is for me more realistic than go to 145%!
