    Day 226

Today has been great! A busy morning preparing for the preach, but all went well. Spent the afternoon playing Witcher 3 to catch up on my free time, then spent the evening in the pool at my friend’s house - laughed harder than I have in months so I’m feeling incredible.

Urges haven’t been as much of a problem today, it’s been easier to keep my lust in check and I’m feeling more confident in myself despite my troubles yesterday.

  2. Day 3 complete!

Back at seminary, helping to welcome the new guys who are arriving here for the first time and also unpacking and arranging my own room. I realized that I forgot several things at my parents' house due to storing them in a room where I don't normally keep things, but it's nothing essential. I can easily survive without them until the next time I go for a visit. Urges were very low. I want to seize the momentum created by a change of environment and by having very engaging, time-filling work to do. Maybe I'll just never go back to PMO again, how about that?

St. Francis of Assisi, pray for us!

38 days hardmode. That feeling when you wake up after a PMO dream and realize you didn't relapse yet :)

  4. Hi Guys,

Thank you all for your kind words, this community is really important to me.
I haven't checked in for two days, I've decided to do digital detox, so I didn't use any devices for these two days.

I feel much better then two days before, I've exercised twice and also took code showers.
Also I've realized that I only relapsed four times this year, it's a HUGE accomplishment.

I have a strong believe inside myself that this streak will be it, that I won't watched porn from now on.
I need to prove these words, I know saying is easy and actions are not, but I'm pretty motivated.
Also I've trained my willpower enough to do it.

Day 29 no PMO. Our whole family went to church this morning and my kids even brought friends with them. After church I packed for my trip. I fly out later this morning. Should be a good time but I do need to stay strong against temptation. My plan is to spend my free time in the lobby rather than in the room and only go to my room when it’s time to sleep. Also no phone in bed or bathroom. Wish me luck!

15 days :emoji_star2: The Elven town of Rivendell greets your arrival. A Council of representants explains the path to Mordor in detail. You´re an Elf now.

Not too bad. I achieved an Elf rank. Keeping it on going. Can there be a Legolas rank instead?

I didn't do much. Skipped the gym. Bored and did a couple of things today.
Urges were online. Not too bad. I have been thinking of others thing as well.
Such as what I want to do for other goals besides here and an upcoming project I am planning to do for myself during this journey of no PMO.

I can already visual my goals to fulfill after this is journey is done. I completely decided, if I fail in this challenge and the others that I am in currently. I will do this myself but still use the NoFap forums resources. I mean by fail as in if I stumble upon viewing Pron. Going give it three attempts. Because to be honest, there is nothing you can do about it in life. Eventually, Adult content will find you. There were times in this challenge I stumbled across it by accident. But I didn't release and did the deed though. Because of this, I was thinking of relapsing. This was messing with my head with this whole challenge as I was thinking today. I am still retaining my semen and I don't lose my SR/NoFap streak yet. I'm going myself three tries over here. I'm still on my SR/NoFap streak regardless of the challenge. I am still gaining the benefits as I explained in Day 10.

Eventually, I think I might have to break the rules (i.e. viewing Pron unintentionally) because I am still in the process of moving/removing my adult items. Unless I am exempt for that matter.

I have no intentions of releasing my semen. I am still motivated and driven not to MO for the reasons I have given myself. I have the feeling already that I will complete my SR/NoFap goals with or without these challenges. I can feel it & visualize it already. I am confident enough that I would be able to overcame my all urges once it starts coming again since I already experienced it from Day 9. I think I am ready for them once they attack. I still haven't reached "hard mode" per say on this challenge yet. Which can be if I get more female attraction and a lady or more of them starts asking me for sex straight up. And also they would be my type. So that will be hard mode for me already. Hasn't happen yet but I will you guys for sure once I log in my success story here once I complete my temporary goal and including my main goal for here.

It's very clear now why I am succeeding now. My intentions are in a better place compared to the first time I joined this forum.
I know I can do this. My fire inside is there and I know it stronger than ever! And I having fun with these challenges as well :)

Arrived in Rivendell and the council is discussing what needs to be done with the PMO ring. Most certainty, I will take to the fires of Mount Doom. Keep on Fellowship!

Just thinking about what my funeral will be like if I don't quit pmo.
In my mind I can hear people say things like:
"He was a talented artist, why didn't he do something with his talent?"
    or
"He always wanted to learn guitar, but he never did..."
What have I got to show for my life, and all the time I have wasted on pixels?
This addiction has to end here.
I can't spend any more time on something that produces nothing and wastes my life and time and energy.

Exactly, it should be enough not to relapse.

    Checking in Fellowship friends!

    34 Days Free of PMO.

Some disturbed sleep last night, with some unwanted urges but I have still made it through.

Rinse repeat, making the days count. The plan for today is, meditation, workout, exposure, reading and work.

    Stay Strong!

34 days – You reached the Doors of Durin, the West-door of Moria.

I understand this feeling. Sometimes you need to take time back to reflect, rekindle with your why. Work on encouraging yourself, if you are encouraging others and not yourself along the path you will trip up. Take care of yourself first, so that you may take care of others.

As for career, I understand this as well. Life is confusing, with too many choices. Set some time actively each day and see what it is you are aiming for. Develop a game plan, perhaps even work with a career counsellor. Just take one thing at the time, don't overwhelm yourself. As a fellow stoic, stick to your path. The good habits you undertake now, will carry you forward. Keep to your good acts, it is your duty.

Thanks man. I gave myself a goal with a time limit of 3 months now 2.5 months in skill development and getting a job. Things are better then that day, when you have support like you guys then it's easier to not give up. I am grateful.

    Checking in Fellowship!! :)

Feeling much better today, yesterday i was run over by a bulldozer :D

There has been a lot of discussion about personal issues and exaustion among us. So i will give you my example on that. Pay attention @Baki Hanma as this will help you on your current situation, i believe.

Today, i woke up feeling well and energized. The only thing that lingered was the typical coldness feeling (withdrawal).
But still i was emotionally exausted, like something was draining me.

    So, self-reflexion:
"Man, what's going on? Why are you sad and bitter?"

After some reflexion i found 3 major problems and 1 minor problem that i wasn't attending to! No wonder i was feeling drained.

So i reflect on what to do about each problem, and go for it.
Now 3 of those problems are solved, and the other problem i define an action plan to attend to it.

Result: i'm feeling light, peaceful and inspired :). Not feeling pressure anymore. Pfiiiiuuuuuuuuuu :D :D

So this is to say, Fellowship, that we must attend to our things. It is by definition a requisition to be a man.

If we don't work on our problems, they will build up, and the pressure to escape will increase in proportion.

So be aware my brothers and work on your life issues. But don't expect perfection! Organize, do one thing at a time.
Like Mark Queppet says: you can do it all, you just can't do it all at once.

Have a great day Warriors. God bless :)
