Day 7, still struggling. Sexual dreams and woke up feeling urges.
Just wanted to share thisSome low-life, entitled, fellon had been forcingly dragging a teenage girl holding a baby. She kept screaming for help as she had been dragged to a dark, vast empty land nearby our neighborhood. Everybody heard the girl and the baby's screams but no one intervened. I ran downstairs and told my mother, after that she called the police and the gang who wanted to abuse that girl ran away.
I am hell sure these guys are porn-sick monsters, entitlement and addiction make them feel invincible. If god forbid, I and my mother didn't intervene, they would obviously have abused the girl, recorded a P video of the crime, and uploaded it to mainstream P sites. Then it would receive at least 1 M views, from hundreds of other sexual psychopaths.
cute profile pictureDay 0. Let's go.

I agree that writing things down has power on it's own. But I was referring more to the power of confession, I think it has a redeeming effect even if it's anonymousIf you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same; Kipling
what this means is don’t over react to victories and get proud, or to defeats and give up up. It’s all about the process. We’ve never truly won, and we’ve never ever been defeated…. Because there is always tomorrow.
agree 100% with the importance of writing things down and opening up. Even if you just wrote it down on a piece of paper for yourself and then don’t show it to anyone - it’s gets it out your head and helps you reflect and process what your mind is doing.
