    But the bright side is that I'm more determined than ever. I know the reason why I relapsed and next time I won't fall again in the trap.

    I will have 15 days this evening.

    I made this morning rough by fantasizing. The fantasy included some things that would seriously disturb anyone if I did them in real life. Not cool. Then I wanted to masturbate. I reminded myself that masturbating would be very strong positive reinforcement for the disgusting fantasies. I stopped just short of fapping.

    I journaled about it. I am not giving myself a medal, but I feel better having resisted and I give myself credit for distracting myself and abstaining.

    My fantasies usually do not contain disturbing parts, though at times they do, especially if I have watched P recently. I am sure that once I have stayed away from PM awhile longer the bad fantasies will stop. The attractive fantasies need to stop too, or I will lose my streak.

    Now I am proud. I managed to start the day okay other than the fantasy, so I am still an Uruk-Hai.

    I manage to have my days busy which is for me one of the best solution to not relapse, especially during the quarantine. So I workout a lot, I meditate, take cold shower, learn another language, Call my friends and family blablabla... I found that during the day I didn't have urges because of all my activities. The urges come very often during the morning when I wake up. These last days I felt very horny and got almost everytime a morning erection. During the other days when I was awake I would go directly do something. Today I stayed longer in my bed being awake and fantasizing. After that I went directly to instagram and get triggered even more. One part of your brain tells you to stop the other one, like @Julito said, tries to rationalize "Last time wasn't the right moment to quit, I'll quit an other day" The problem is that we try to rationalize to relapse or to continue in our bad habits or addictions. This morning the wrong part of my brain won. With more self-discipline and by shifting my thoughts it would have been different.

    This rationalization problem is very visible for smokers if you are or if you know someone who smoke.
    How many times do you hear them saying : "I stop" or "I quit" and few days after (if it is not hours) you see them with a cigarette in their mouth saying "that wasn't the right moment to stop"
    The thing is that the right moment doesn't exist.
    If you're waiting for the right moment you will be addict all your life.
    The right moment is now!

    Day 2, over the past few days I've come down with what seems to be COVID-19. I've been trying to get on as best I can despite it but I'm not over the hump yet, and I seem to be getting worse by the hour today. I'll still try my best to do what I reasonably can though, feeling sorry for yourself will never accomplish anything! I'm young, so I'm hoping as long as I'm sensible and don't push myself too hard I can maintain some semblance of productivity despite everything. Rest is important too though.

    the first weeks are the worst brother. it´s normal to stumble. what matters is what we learn from the fall. a good strategy is to keep the mind clean from porn thoughts. try to not engage on them, i mean, if they pop in, don´t let them land, don´t put meaning to them. just let them come and go in your mind like any other thoughts.

    this is a ground breaking shift that we must do because most of the time it´s lust thoughts that fuel urges.

I suggest you visit "my story and tips" to have a sense in what to do and how to do it. this is much harder than you imagine. not hard in the way that it´s difficult but hard in the way that it needs constant work. but if you do the work and don´t give up, it´s worth it. more than worth it ;).     I haven't checked in for a few days. Life has been getting busy lately, which is somewhat ironic given we're all in lockdown. But I have stayed the path. I guess by now I would be camping for the night at Weathertop :)
