    Ok np :emoji_ok_hand: I'd say there is a big difference between normal dopamine release e.g. after exercise and supernormal dopamine release e.g. P, drugs, etc... but I guess it depends on your own situation. Regardless thanks for ur honesty and staying the course:emoji_punch:

    One week down today - next 3 weeks dopamine will be chronically low - need to dig out the why, exercise daily and stay away from streaming by reading books instead

    Why not ?
    - lower back pain
    - weak kidneys
    - low self confidence
    - struggle/ survival mode in work
    - running from the wounds
    - not present therefore not really alive and time is passing us by
    - brain fog
    - depression
    - 15-20% less strong/ fast/ lung capacity when exercising (and it takes about 5-10 weeks to get this back)
    - Ever decreasing life blood
    - shortening lifespan
    - lowered white blood cell count
    - compromised auto immune
    - more vulnerable to auto immune diseases
    - extremely irritable
    - not able to give energy to others which harms familial and collegial relationships
    - less capacity for work which harms my career
    - hijacking the body and minds natural reward system
    - overloading the neural pathways with dopamine that cannot be replicated in the natural world, leading to disconnecting from nature/ reality/ life
    - mental illness issues due to disconnecting from reality
    - downward spirals of substitute addictions
    - heightened procrastination
    - less resilience
    - exponentially faster aging

    Temptations, some P images in my mind and a little fantasizing but stopped it from dwelling too long. So I eventually stopped it asap when I got the chance. That's it.

    Day 34.

    Wet dream last night. I have to be careful about the chasers. Wet dreams are often stimulating, so few days after that I am all jittery and wanting for more fun. Many times I relapsed after wet dream.

    So, the truth is that I want to pmo very much now.

    There is this thinking - I already lost the seeds during sleep, so why bother. But for me it shouldn't be about losing or not losing the seeds. For me it should be about right and honourable behavior.

    Hard mode + no shutting blockers down - day 34.
    No caffeine (no coffee, tea, chocolate, etc.).
    Calisthenics workout every Saturday. I can do one additional workout on any chosen day. 10 done.

    Low urges yesterday, went out late from office, worked almost all the day but was a productive day.
    Worked out and took a cold shower.
    Keep strong my brothers.

    Im doing it for more than a year now - got myself rings (they are rly helpfull) a couple of months ago.
    But sadly I had a lot of setbacks: I was ill a lot the last months and so Im not already that strong like I was before.
    How often do you go ?

    Today is day 4 for me . So long evrything is fine . I had not much urges yesterday. I expect them to come today. But Im prepared. Stay strong evrybody!!

    Rings sounds advanced! :emoji_thinking: I am still having enough challenge doing exercises on stable stuff.

    I aim for 2 times a week with hopes to have 3 sessions in the future, but probably not more. I noticed that I am improving quicker, when I give enough time for my body to rest.

    I understand, I am ill with some flue virus and on the pause now. But I hope I'll be able to come back to it in the following days. I missed it. Lifts my mood and it's amazing for the posture, decompressing the spine.

    Good to know there is a person here more advanced than me. I'll have someone to ask advice to, when in need. :D
