The Lord of the Rings Challenge

Day 8.

Difficult period for me. This is life. I try to look at this positively. It's a good time for change. Because when we go through something very uncomfortable and unusual, brain becomes more plastic. And plastic brain can change it's structure easier. So it's more important to survive this month without masturbations than ever. It's a good opportunity to weaken this addiction.

Feels that I would like to journal something more, but I am not sure what it is. Words don't come easy...

Hard mode + no shutting blockers down - day 8.
No matter what happens in my life, this is important to me and this streak has to continue.
No coffee at all. No tea, chocolate, etc. after 18:00.
Calisthenics workout every Saturday. I can do one additional workout on any chosen day.

Day 4. Survived the urges.

 

Day,.. something surely it must be. Talk about bein' consistent. But, thankfully I have been crazy busy all this time and today is day 17 or 18,.. well who cares. I am living my life. Exercise and meditation have been unfortunately put on a stop as the academic demands have increased ten fold. And still I am falling behind. It has been two days now, I have been clean all this time. But these two days, I have went close to P again. It is my mistake. I should not go near places where the slope is slippery. I will continue. The momentum has formed. I will keep on. I will not sabotage myself this time.

Wish everybody more power.

 

Day 122
Feeling great. Dealing with stress at work by breaking tasks down into chunks of time with built in breaks, using the Pomodoro technique. I play a pomodoro video from Youtube and get to work. This is really helping me be productive, which decreases my stress at work a lot.

Day 117.

 

8 days – Gildor Inglorion, an Elf, crosses your path causing a Nazgûl that was chasing you to flee. You stay the night with his company of Elves talking about your struggles with PMO. "Courage is found in unlikely places" he says. He gives you an Hithlain rope, a magical rope, light and flexible, yet extremely strong.
