Day 34.
Tough night. Couldn't fall asleep until 2am. Was frustrated and wanted to watch p substitutions. But didn't. A year of hardmodes has to happen! Would be very nice that this time. Why wait? I have tried more than 6 years already... Maybe too much? Maybe not... I was seriously indulging for more than 10 years... Maybe I need the same to get free...
Got up on time anyway. Went to do street workouts anyway. Was kind of nice actually. Did all 4 cycles. I notice that I am in better shape, but I am still far from the physique that I want. Also, I still can't do a muscle up, so, in my eyes, I am not fit. Maybe the problem is that I try to do it at the end of workout. Maybe tomorrow I'll spend whole workout practicing it and related exercises.
I think I have to move. Later in the day I'll have to go to psychologist and meet my friends after.
As always, just doing what I have to do.
