I have reached Osgiliath and I am ready to become king.

Almost five months of freedom from porn feels great. I have a job interview on Monday and hoping to channel all my new positive energy into make it a success.

Depends on you brother.
Generally it is considered as relapsed, if you have stopped yourself than it should not be clunted as relapsed but if you wemt with it than it is a relapsed.
Again thats my opinion hope you are doing well!

 

Day 4. Orcs, assemble!

 

Brother the thing is I just came to know about something called office hoes so I searched it on the web and then I opened a link to one of those sites then I scrolled a little(without watching any video) and then closed the tab.

 

Reporting in w/ 27 days. Last two have been hard, but I'm so close to Rivendell, I can taste it!

Don't search for something like that again because that is an easy way to slip into a relapse. For myself, I would consider that in it of itself a relapse.

 

Day 31. Making my way South along the Western side of the Misty Mountains. Hopefully, we can find passage over Cardharas, but there's slim chance of that....

 

Brothers, hardly an hour ago I relapsed again. But I understand a little better now. For over a year now I have been trying to quit, and for over a year I have been identifying myself as first and foremost "a porn addict". What does a porn addict do? I think you can answer that yourselves. For as long as I slave myself to the idea that "I am a porn addict" I will not be able to quit porn because porn addicts, simply put, do not quit porn.

But what if I turn the tables? If I consider myself already porn-free, I am no longer assuming I am going to fail. That doesn't mean it's going to be easy, nor does it necessarily mean I am never going to fail again, but it is another piece of the puzzle. If I know, deep in my heart, that one day I will be porn free, I can cut myself out of the cycle of repeatedly relapsing in this "loser mindset", and instead I can focus on exactly what I need to work on to bring that day to fruition. Maybe I am already free and don't know it yet, maybe I will not be free for the next 20 years, but one day I will be free. And that is a liberating thing to know.
