Day 36.

I read an article about work-life balance and it triggered memories about my first boss. I haven't met her in a while but it appears I still care what she thought (maybe thinks) about me. It's so stupid.

Let's just go to sleep. My body feels tired.

Day 38.

I am tempted to relapse now. It is what it is.

Day was ok. Went to psychologist guy. Later met with my mate. Walked and talked -- ok weather today. He gifted me with "training to go super saiyan" t-shirt. I like it. Much fun. Reminds me that I have to go to exercise this evening.

I don't know what else. Let's just stay assertive, observant, mindful, patient = let's just not relapse.

Day 10, 11, 12 and 13 in the books. I haven’t posted on account of being busy, but things are going alright. I went out on Friday night and Saturday night, both times having a lot to drink. So I am ready for bed now, hopefully i’ll be better tomorrow. Stay strong Fellowship!

Day 425

I’ve had a great week; spent a few days in the countryside on retreat which was so relaxing, and a brilliant way to rest and reflect
Hey man, curious what this means?

Day 167.
I’m an ordained Priest in the Anglican Church! It’s not official language, but some people refer to the service in which you’re ordained as ‘getting priested’.
