    Day 5: Yesterday was a tough one. It was a stressful one, but I made it through. Today is going better, but this weekend may be hard. Urges always hit me when I'm home alone on the weekends. Going to need to come up with a plan in order to stay active and busy!

    Day 7

    I have gotten up by 6AM the last three days, and I have been so productive. Please the PMO urges have been low. Yesterday while my parents were out of town, I had a really strong urge that in the past I would have given in to. However, I decided to take a bunch of really deep breaths and calm my elevated heart rate before I went on with my work. I focused on myself instead of trying to ignore the urges or give in which both can lead to giving in.
