here´s a good empathy exercise: try to imagine if the addiction was the other way, you were a sober straight guy, no deviations, and your wife was addicted to pmo. imagine everytime she did a pmo session, how would you feel? what would you think? and then you can imagine how much she´s damaged by your behaviour.
