    I've not been able to post daily, but my streak is good and healthy! Today marks 31 days. I'm now an Elf. I'm elated to have lasted a month. Could not have done it without support. Thank you, brothers!

    My Journal
    Morning brothers - been awhile since I've checked in. I was doing very well in the midst of my 40-day fast up until Sunday. Got attacked by the enemy super hard and just gave in. Then I let myself get careless over these last few days as well. Standing firm again today to pick up the fight again.

    Went to the cinema yesterday and arrived late at home, so wasn't able for a daily check-in.
    Don't feel very good, more like losing myself, always very tired. Not the best conditions for the big moves I'm about to pull in the near future.
    Hope my sleep cycle will be fixed soon, so I can start with my next goals and my projects. One goal at a time.

    exactly brother, excellent video. very well put on the issue of objectification :).

    it´s simple to imagine what a girl goes through. imagine you walk into a gay bar, everybody is checking your body parts, everybody starts grabing you, they don´t give a fuck about you or your feelings, they just see you as a piece of meat. in this moment you lose your humanity and become an object. how do you feel?

    And today makes 7. I plan on posting updates each week at the minimum. I've noticed that I'm dwelling a bit too much on the number of days in the streak.

    I'm doing my best to remember this adage:

    It is day 16. I haven't had a hard day today. I was able to focus on work. I had some urges when I woke up this morning. I will see if I can keep these urges back when I wake up.
